Further On

Better late than never in posting my June playlist. Normally when I'm putting a collection of songs together, I have an event or specific mood that serves as inspiration, but that's definitely not the case here. I knew that I simply had to use Chad Valley's Shell Suite, as I've been obsessed with it since watching Warm Bodies. Which means, this is probably one of the most all-over-the-place playlists I've ever put together. Regardless, I promise it's still worthy of the repeat button!  Grooveshark was very uncooperative today in their selection of songs, so I've included the names and playorders of the missing songs after the playlist.

Magic & Memories: Part I

As promised, albeit somewhat belatedly, I'm returning with pictures from my recent trip to Disney World. I freely admit to being one of those in love with all things Disney, so you won't find any ironic love-to-hate-it stuff going on in this post- just pure, Disney-nerd spazzing. This is also the first time I took my Leica D-Lux 5 out for a spin, and I'm super-stoked with how amazing the pictures turned out. If you're looking for a point and shoot that still has some of the features you love about your DSLR, this is definitely the way to go...

I have not forgotten about you! It seems life is trying to foil my well-laid blogging resolutions. Between studying for the GRE (which I took today and passed, YAY!), applying to grad school, trying to find a new job, and house repairs after a pipe malfunction, my life has been a little crazy. Thankfully, we finally have internet again and I have lots of exciting pictures and stories to share! So, thank you for your understanding... I promise my next post will be full of Disney pictures and crazy tales!
